Where are we located?
We are conveniently located near Madison Ave, on Star Street which is close to Slim Chickens and Batteries Plus.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Your insurance card, a copy of your current eyeglass / contact lens prescription and your eyeglasses are all helpful.
Can I wear my contact lenses on the day of my eye exam?
Yes. In fact you should wear your soft contacts for at least 20 minutes before your scheduled exam time.
How can I find out how much my insurance will cover?
