We are conveniently located near Madison Ave, on Star Street which is close to Batteries Plus and Slim Chickens.

 

What should I bring to my appointment?

Your insurance cards, a copy of your current eyeglass / contact lens prescription and your eyeglasses are all helpful.

Can I wear my contact lenses on the day of my eye exam?

Yes. In fact you should wear your soft contacts for at least 20 minutes before your scheduled exam time.

How can I find out how much my insurance will cover?

Is my eye exam going to be sent to my medical insurance or to my vision insurance?

This depends if the eye exam is considered medical or routine and what insurance benefits you have.

The optometrist will decide during the eye exam and a diagnosis has been made.
